Our refund and return policy allows you to return your purchase within 14 days of buying it. If 14 days have passed, we cannot provide a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the silkscreen and frame must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you received them. Please keep the original packaging and properly close and tape the box for the return. We cannot refund damaged frames or silkscreens caused by careless packaging. You are responsible for ensuring the package is appropriately packed for the return shipment.
To initiate your return process, please follow the instructions and include your receipt or proof of purchase, along with a picture of the work before shipment.
If the framed or unframed silkscreen arrives damaged, kindly inform us immediately and send us a picture of the damaged package within 24 hours. We fully insure our shipments, but we cannot guarantee a refund if damage due to transportation is not reported within the given timeframe.
Return shipment and insurance costs will be deducted from the amount due unless your package has been delivered damaged.
After we receive and inspect your returned shipment, we will send you a notification by mail to confirm that we have received your item. We will also let you know whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method or credit card within seven working days.
Please remember that the return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the total amount due.
If you haven’t received a refund within a week after approval of your return shipment, please recheck your bank account or credit card company and contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
